There are many ways we measure customer satisfaction. We have customer surveys that are presented on guest checks as well as Yelp reviews. The tips that servers get from the clients can also help us measure the quality of service. 
Employees are involved in quality. For quality in customer service, the hosts and servers are responsible to make the customer feel welcome and comfortable. The prep cooks and line cooks are expected to follow recipes that make the quality of food presentable and edible. 

TQM (Total Quality Management)

 Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Ways in determining customer satisfaction are through: 

Conformance to Specifications - delivers on promise on products. (Products is as described on menu). 

Value - quality ingredients used to produce products.

 Fitness for Use - quality of product and service matches customers demand. 

Support - ready to help make customer experience exceptional. 

Psychological Impressions- The atmosphere of the restaurant is pleasant and encourages customers to revisit.  

There is high employee involvement, from seating at their table, to taking their order. In the back office, the employee involved are the chefs who make the food. 

We make sure that we read our reviews so we can make improvements to become a better company.
